Built in 1926 after the Fulton Ferry Terminal Building burned down, it served as the headquarters for Fireboat Engine 77 up until 1959 at which point Marine 7 took over. They would call this building home until 1970. In the late '70s, the Maritime Historical Institute would move in. The building sat vacant for a few years after they moved out and has since been a number of things (mainly ice cream parlors). It's currently home to Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.
